Homemade Pesto

Homemade Pesto
1 bunch of basil
1/2 cup cashew 1/2 walnuts
olive oil to taste
a little bit of garlic to keep the vampires at bay

Rinse the basil.  Separate the basil leaves from stems. 
Put nuts in Cuisinart and pulse until mostly smooth.  You might want to where ear protection
Pour olive oil in with the nuts
add basil leaves  and blend all together...
taste test add more olive oil if needed.
